ADHD Assessment Kit

Learn a holistic approach that's friendly to your brain, and your client's.

Everything a master's-level clinician needs to run a full adult ADHD assessment, structured session by session, from your first email to your final letter.

This kit is for you if…

  • Your clients' socials keep diagnosing them with ADHD and they're asking you for answers
  • You're tired of referring clients out for pricey neuropsych evals (often $3K+)
  • You've always wanted to assess or diagnose, but you're not sure what's allowed
  • Diagnostic or not, you wish you could give your clients some clarity about their neuroprofile
  • You'd love to do this, but you're anxious you'll get something wrong

Confidently conduct a holistic assessment designed to keep high-maskers and late-identified adults from falling through the cracks.

Two tracks, one thorough process

Whether you diagnose or not, there's a track for you.

Diagnostic Track

For clinicians whose scope includes diagnosis, and who want to do it. The full process, built so the letter you write at the end holds up when a prescriber or an employer reads it.

Neuroprofile Track

A similar process that helps you construct a detailed picture of your client's strengths and challenges, rather than a diagnosis. For some clinicians and clients, this is exactly what's needed.

Not sure which one is for you? I'll walk you through it in the first module.

Why I built this

When I started doing ADHD assessments a couple of years ago, I wanted a process grounded in both foundational and emerging research.

I also wanted it sensitive enough to catch the people who most often get missed and misdiagnosed: high-maskers, high-achievers, and women whose ADHD never matched the screeners.

This was really important for me as a high-achieving but paying-the-cost late-diagnosed ADHDer.

So, I've built this kit with those clients in mind.

and YOU.

As clinicians, especially if we're neurodivergent, our brains and nervous systems have their own gifts and needs too. I wanted the learning process to honor that.

Whether your brain is neurodivergent or not, I want this kit to feel like a relief.

Assessment shouldn't cost you a month of executive function.

Hi, I'm Lacey

I'm a late-diagnosed ADHD therapist, and I work with ADHD adults on two levels: practical strategies for everyday challenges, and the slower healing and self-acceptance that so often comes on the heels of a late diagnosis.

My focus is high-masking adults who, like me, spent years being told they were too anxious, or full of potential they somehow never quite reached after high school.

This kit is the assessment process I built for my own practice, refined so you can use it in yours.

“Do I have ADHD?”

You'll know exactly what to do.

FAQ

What's in the kit?

  • Session-by-session guides built around a leading diagnostic interview
  • Companion sheets for what that interview doesn't cover on its own
  • Screeners for the differentials that get missed most often
  • Consent guidance for both assessment tracks
  • Letter templates to adapt according to your own clinical judgment

Who is this for?

Master's-level clinicians who want to learn ADHD assessment, especially if you want to go at your own pace but need some structure and guidance (and the dopamine hit of checking boxes along the way).

Can I even diagnose?

Whether you can diagnose ADHD depends on your license and where you practice, not on this kit. Many master's-level clinicians can run a full assessment and write a supporting letter; whether that counts as a formal diagnosis varies by state and country.

If diagnosing isn't on the table for you, the Neuroprofile Track was built for exactly that. Module 1 walks you through checking your own scope before you start.
